The farmers and producers who supply us with the finest and freshest local foods are what set Farmers Gastropub apart. They are our lifeblood and our family. We couldn’t bring you the Farmers Gastropub experience without them.

The Artisan’s Oven

The Artisan’s Oven provides those premium breads we don’t make ourselves. Craig delivers them daily. Visit them at their quaint little bakery on Ingram Mill Road for a treat made daily from scratch with no preservatives or convenience products.

Askinosie Chocolate

Askinosie Chocolate’s special dark chocolate headlines our famous Chocolate Gateau. You’ve got to try it to believe how good it is. Their internationally-acclaimed small-batch chocolate production is done by supporting the cocoa bean farmer with standards that surpass those which are considered “fair trade.” Take the awesome tour at their factory on Commercial Street.

Dan and Kelly Bigbee work hard to provide Farmers Gastropub with the fruits of their labor during the summer and winter months. Their family-run farm located on South Fort Avenue has a sales barn where you can purchase their outstanding seasonal produce.

Flintrock Bison Ranch

Robert Long’s 100% grass-fed bison are an awesome sight grazing in the fields. This must have been what it looked like on the American plains in the early 1800s. Thanks to Flintrock Bison Ranch, we also have amazing Ossabaw heritage pork.

Middleton’s All-Natural Meats

At Middleton’s farm in Ozark all animals are controlled from conception to consumption. Their pigs enjoy grazing in the pastures and soaking in the sun, without any antibiotics or growth promoters. Their diet of grass and grain makes for the moistest, most-flavorful pork.

Since 1993, Ozark Mountain Coffee Co. has worked diligently to create the perfect cup of gourmet coffee from Ozark, Missouri. They import the finest Arabica coffee beans from around the world, and then roast them by hand in small batches. This attention to detail sets Ozark Mountain Coffee Company apart from all the others.

Ozarks Natural Foods is one of the few certified organic vegetable producers in Southwest Missouri. Persimmon Hill Farm

Persimmon Hill Farm is a real berry, fruit and mushroom farm in the scenic Table Rock Lake country of Southwest Missouri. The farm started in 1982, turning vacant fields spotted with Persimmon trees into two acres of blueberries, with hives of honeybees for pollination. Today they grow blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, gooseberries, plums, shitake mushrooms, and more.
