TALLGRASS HALCYON UNFILTERED WHEAT Made using white wheat from Topeka, KS. A top line wheat beer, smooth and deep. 5% ABV, 20 IBU

FOX BARREL PEAR CIDER Pacific pear cider, authentic and natural, gluten free. Try it with a shot of your favorite liquor, topped with a float of Guinness. 4.5% ABV
REDD’S APPLE ALE Don’t be fooled. This fruit ale is smooth and delicious like a cider but is brewed from apples. Try it with a shot of Midnight Moon Moonshine and topped with Guinness. 5.99% ABV

TABLE ROCK RED ALE is a mellow ale that treats the palate to a wonderful complexity, both in aroma and flavor. Conditioned with nitrogen and served on a special faucet to produce a creamy, cascading head. 6.0% ABV, Original Gravity 1.056.
COPPER CREEK IPA is brewed with a nod to the original English style, highly hopped and higher in alcohol. Very complex with a slight citrus finish, sweet fruitiness and spiciness, and a dry lingering hop bitterness, Copper Creek is a regional favorite. 6.7% ABV, Original Gravity 1.066.
