Each day we have specials that highlight what’s freshest from the market—whatever treasures we find there are used that day to make the salad, quiche, soup du jour, delectable bistro specials, and decadent desserts.  You never know what’s going to be on the chalkboard next, but we do guarantee it will be delicious.

Gumbo Ya Ya and New Orleans Style Dirty Rice.  Chef Aaron’s using our local chicken, sausages, Missouri grown non-GMA rice and some other unusual ingredients (ask Chef Aaron) to create this Authentic Cajun Classic!  Full of flavor!  We think you will love it!
